The auditor should examine the Company's Annual Report and accounts, as well as the Board of Directors' and the Managing Director's administration of the Company's affairs. At the end of each financial year, the auditor should present an auditor's report and a consolidated auditor's report to the Annual General Meeting. In compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, the Company shall have at least one and at most two auditors and at most two deputy auditors.
